Guest Ratings & Reviews
This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious, the staff is welcoming, and the convenient location near the train stations and local eateries makes it a top choice. The dining options may not be outstanding, but the service and value make up for it.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was exceptional, right next to Narita Railway Station with easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The service was impeccable, with quick and courteous staff who even offered a free shuttle to the airport. The dining experience was good, offering standard Western and Japanese options. Overall, a great value for money stay with minor room size concerns.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and the staff was welcoming. The convenient location near the JR station and the free shuttle service made getting around easy. The dining experience was decent, but the early breakfast timing was a bit challenging. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money choice.
My stay was quite pleasant overall. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from Narita Station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. While the rooms were a bit smaller than expected for a single traveler booking a short stay, the convenience of the location made up for it. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff willing to help with directions and nearby amenities. The dining experience was a highlight, offering a tasty selection of both Japanese and Western foods. The facilities were adequate, though nothing extraordinary.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was nice and big with a good view out over Narita town, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, making unpacking unnecessary with my full bags. The location was great, near the train station and in the heart of Narita, offering enough space for two guests. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and provided efficient and helpful service. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Japan, especially enjoying the English style with marmalade. However, it would have been better if there were more options for breakfast hours. Overall, a fantastic hotel worth the value.
The hotel is conveniently located near both JR Narita Station and Keisei Narita Station, making it ideal for those who want to explore Narita City and its great restaurants, temple, and culture. The rooms are functionally arranged to maximize space but could be cleaner. The staff is friendly and responds to queries promptly. The dining experience is below average with limited breakfast options. Despite that, the hotel is cost-effective next to JR Narita Station.
